Glossier Cart and Checkout
Glossier was looking for a design partner to help with the redesign of their cart and checkout experience. Together, we rebuilt the entire experience across desktop and mobile web. We simplified and created a system that was flexible enough for Glossier to continue using the same features they previously had, added key features that were missing and built a strong foundation to easily add future features.

The Before
The checkout experience proved to be a bit cumbersome, especially on mobile, with many key actions missing. The cart needed to be redesigned to work in parallel with the new checkout flow. Overall, the cart was trying to do too much with too little space, leading to a bunch of UX issues and concerns.
